Changing your mind
You may cancel your online order within 14 days of the day you receive it. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, contact us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Please return the product within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Sealed products
Where a product is supplied with a hygiene seal, it may not be returnable for a change of mind once the seal has been broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.
Return postage
For eligible change-of-mind returns, you normally pay the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can. Your statutory rights are not affected, and we will cover the return cost as required by law.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method and include the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable, in accordance with UK consumer law. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of receiving proof that you have returned it, whichever is sooner.
