Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to a recurring subscription for the Vellumia Signature Facial Serum (30ml).

  • Price: £29.99 per delivery (or the local-currency amount shown at checkout), plus any delivery charge for your country. UK delivery is free.
  • Frequency: every month or every 2 months, as you choose at purchase.
  • Payment: your saved payment method is charged automatically before each delivery.
  • Term: there is no minimum term. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Managing your subscription

Sign in to your account at vellumiaskin.com (the person icon at the top of the page) to see your next delivery date, skip a delivery, pause or resume your subscription, change your delivery address or payment card, or cancel.

Changes made before your next payment date apply to that delivery. You can also email info@vellumiaskin.com and we will make the change for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by email, with no fee. Cancelling stops all future payments and deliveries. Payments already taken for deliveries that have been dispatched are not refunded, except where your statutory rights apply.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your first delivery to cancel your subscription for any reason. Sealed skincare products that have been opened may not be returnable for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will email you so you can update your card. We will retry the payment; if it still fails, the delivery will not be sent and the subscription may be paused.

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, we will email you at least 14 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases never enrol you in a subscription. To cancel a one-time order before dispatch, email info@vellumiaskin.com as soon as possible. After dispatch, see our Refund policy.
