Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Charges are shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay. Subscription deliveries are charged at the same rate for your country on each delivery; UK subscription deliveries are free.

International orders

Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country, payable by the recipient. Customs checks can add to delivery times.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email info@vellumiaskin.com with your order number and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
