For returns or order enquiries, contact info@vellumiaskin.com with your order number or other proof of purchase.

Changing your mind

You may cancel your online order without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send them back.

Email us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. Please retain proof of postage.

We may reduce your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Sealed skincare products

Our serums have a tamper-evident seal. Once this seal has been broken after delivery, the change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply where the product is no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. If
